The children at some point will be exposed to an inclusion program. It is imperative for AYSL to give the children the basic rules to a sport no matter what their age or functionality.
We will make necessary modifications which to date have been minimal as the children no matter their functionality have shown such tremendous progress.
We are committed to implementing rules of the game as to allow the children the room to grow and adapt when participating with their typical peers.
If we can teach the children how to play a game properly this will allow the children to be less stressed as they particpate in the community, whether it is at school or home.
Autism Youth Sports League encourages parents to participate in our programs no matter what level of the spectrum their child may be on.

AYSL is seeking continuous and additional sponsorships to allow the league to create new programs and establish a fund to assist low income families so they can participate in the various programs. AYSL also offers community service hours to teens who need volunteer hours.
